Dustin was recommended to me by a friend. We clicked from our very first phone call. He was attentive to details and coordinated every aspect of getting my condo listed and sold. We had some updates that needed to be completed and he coordinated all of them. I had tenants in the space when we listed it, and he managed the entire thing.

Would I work with Dustin again? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend Dustin? I would, without hesitation! When it was time to sell our home, there was only one person that we wanted to work with and that was Dustin! He had been our agent when we bought the property in 2007; back then we were first time home buyers and we were feeling discouraged. We’d been looking on and off for several years trying to locate a house that would fit our budget and our needs but the agents that we’d found had been more interested in making the deal than making us happy.
We knew that we’d found the person who would find us our perfect place, when we met Dustin. He really listened to us; what we liked and what we didn’t like and what we really needed to have a functional environment. He sent us appropriate listings, so that we didn’t have to worry about missing a listing that was right for us or waste our time looking at properties that weren’t going work. When we’d found the house that we couldn’t live without, he helped us navigate the buying process from the making of the offer through the signing of the closing papers. Throughout the whole process he was amazing. He was the calm that kept us thinking clearly. He was always prepared with answers and options. But most importantly he was interested in making sure that we were going to be happy, instead of just closing the deal.
If we had thought that buying a house was a daunting task; the thought of selling a house (our house) was overwhelming! There was no question about it, Dustin was going to be our agent! we looked forward to working with him and we were not disappointed! He had done his research, had recommendations and options. He was prepared and had a plan! So, we felt prepared! The outcome however was a shocker! The listing for the house went live on a Wednesday, and we were planning to hold an open house the following weekend. When Dustin left me a message later that day, we thought that he was going to chat with us about the details for the open house, but the news was brilliant! The house had a cash offer! Dustin was our real estate agent almost 4 years ago, and still is today! Here’s why - he is patient, extremely knowledgeable of the ins and outs of every Seattle neighborhood, and is a straight shooter. But what is most valuable to a buyer or seller is his background as a general contractor and artistic design. Buying or selling a home with him involves assessing the opportunities, not just the ‘as is’. He has great design/remodel advice, as well as a solid plumbing/electrical systems assessment background. But my favorite thing about Dustin is his personality...he is fun, trustworthy, and now a family friend 🙂
